Such a Tax will create resentment from highly paid and powerful people. The Advertising industry will throw their luxury toys out of their designer prams. How come we reward those that induce us to eat, drink and consume their brands on a continuous basis so much, when it costs us so dear? Who said that wages in advertising must for ever be high?

How many of the current Governments promised got kicked into the long grass when the markets of various OGPs were being looked at for legalisation? Of course the Ace & King are ‘jobs’ & ‘investment’ and of course all Governments need ‘branded’ partners.
